Matt Bloom is a writer, speaker, co-founder of Ritual, and professor of management. He has been a wellbeing researcher for nearly three decades. Matt has traveled to more than 25 countries to study humanitarian workers, global health workers, clergy and helping and healing professionals. He received more than $10 million in grant funding to support his research.
In addition to the Joyful Life, some of Matt’s favorite wellbeing practices are hiking, bouldering, baking bread, watching baseball and reading poetry.
