See the world anew with The Poetic Path

Join Rosemerry in this exploration of how poems can help us meet the same world in a new way. In this new series, Rosemerry shares a daily poem with us, guides us in a reflection, and prompts us to see the world in a new way.

I LOVE the Poetic Path! What a great addition to my Ritual app. Thank you.

Her ritual is really really good… allowing for those who just want to listen and be bathed in the beauty of her poems; and an opportunity to write one of our own with her questions and thoughts about what generated the poem.

Recently I have started listening to The Poetic Path and not really being a poetry fan, I didn’t expect to experience the profound effect it has had on me! What a wonderful surprise!!

Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer

Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer's poetry has appeared in A Prairie Home Companion, PBS News Hour, O Magazine, American Life in Poetry, and on the Carnegie Hall stage.

Her collection Hush won the Halcyon Prize. Naked for Tea was a finalist for the Able Muse Book Award. Her most recent collection is All The Honey. Her daily poetry practice can be read on her blog, A Hundred Falling Veils, and her book of mindfulness poetry prompts is Exploring Poetry of Presence II.

By reading poems and seeing how they help us to reframe the world, how they help us to understand our experience and notice just a little bit more of what it is to be alive.
